Dangerous Goods
Improperly shipping dangerous goods can be costly financially, to your reputation and to your ability to ship. Dangerous goods are defined as articles or substances capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment and which are shown in the Dangerous Goods Regulations lists.

Declared Value Coverage
Declared value enables you to easily increase the maximum liability of UPS Supply Chain Solutions for a shipment that is lost or damaged. In accordance with industry norms and to facilitate low rates, UPS Supply Chain Solutions limits its liability on shipments by default.

Cargo Insurance
When bad things happen to good cargo, you need good protection. Unpredictable events like damage, loss and delay to your ground, air and ocean freight shipments can not only hurt your bottom line, but they can also damage your company’s reputation. Declared value enables you to easily increase the maximum liability of UPS Supply Chain Solutions for a shipment that is lost or damaged. Delivery to Door
Once your shipment arrives at its destination terminal, this optional service lets you schedule surface transport of the goods from the terminal right to the receiver's door. Easy, convenient and timely with a consistent chain of custody. Only available with UPS Air Freight Direct® and UPS Air Freight Consolidated®. An additional charge will apply.

Hold at Destination Airport
To give you more control and convenience, our Hold at Destination Airport (HAPU) service lets you hold freight for pickup by you or your customer, right at the destination location. All that’s required is a consignee name and phone number and all services will be billed door-to-door. No holding fees will be applied.
